With regard to the StartUp program, I would like to offer my wholehearted support for grass roots style of benefit to small business owners. In the current economic climate specifically, no community benefits from the closure of small businesses, especially when the business would have survived given the support.
When I became aware of the current program, I was at the point of desperation in my business, and in the space of a day went from despair to confidence that with the structure of this program there would be sufficient support to turn my business around.
