Key Business Development Program
Key Business Enhancement Program Product Background:
The program is designed to provide assistance to existing business managers/owners. The range of assistance will vary from business to business but will always be based around the provision of Mentoring services to the business owner/management. The Program is targeted at those businesses that employ between 3 and 20 employees although approaches from business outside these criteria will be considered.
The program is based on the following fundamentals:
- That small to medium businesses, the greatest in number, face a range of challenges often unique to this business sector.
- Often the owners/managers of such businesses do not have the opportunity to have peer discussions on a one on one basis in complete confidence of the issues and opportunities of their business.
- Those owners/managers of small to medium businesses are often spending to much of their time working in their business rather than on it.
- The opportunity of getting guidance on a range of matters can be very costly and convoluted and the opportunity to get that from a single source may result in a better outcome>
