Port Macquarie Hastings Council, North Coast TAFE and the NSW Business Chamber are proud to announce the launch of their STARTUP Business Development Program to assist aspiring business owners in the Hastings. The partners are committed to the economic viability of our community and believe that this program will help raise the relatively poor success rates of new business in their first year of operation.

Press Release

People considering starting up a business in the Hastings region are set to benefit from a new partnership between the NSW Business Chamber, Port Macquarie Hastings Council and North Coast TAFE.

The program is designed to build on the success of the Key Business Development Program that the Port Macquarie Hastings Council has run for the past two years. That program is based on the highly successful Economic Gardeners methodology. It targets businesses aiming for substantial growth and has been heavily supported, with a new group to start in 2009.
